Jin Shin Jyutsu is a gentle Japanese energy practice using simple hand placements to help harmonise the body, calm the nervous system and release tension.
In this 1-hour session you will learn easy self-help techniques you can use anytime to support:
• Stress relief
• Better sleep
• Energy balance
• Physical and emotional recovery
* Open to all levels

* Calm and welcoming space
* Community practice
